NIHBS - Native Irish Honey Bee Society

We are proud members of NIHBS, and only use native irish honey bees for our apiaries. These are the only honey bees native to ireland , and have evolved here for nearly 8000 years. With this time they have evolved with other pollinators in ireland and maintained the status quo.

I am one of the NIHBS ambassadors , and represent Meath. also as a committee member, one of roles is raising public awareness for AMM bees , monitoring imports of bees , disease control.

If you require any information on the native irish honey bee , don`t hesitate to contact me.
