We strive to produce quality Irish honey in Meath. By only using native Irish honey bees. I personally only use insulated honey boxes for my bees, this helps them regulate the colonies temperature and therefore using less energy themselves. the honey on the pure wax frames are drawn out by the bees, filled with honey . And when its moisture level is right , they will cap over the frame.
